I reported my fridge not working June 5th 2013 at HIFi N1 City. In the 2nd week called HiFi at 0215957400 was informed they can't find my job ID even the Samsung one i got before which was 7112018989. Clementia did another job ID # 4134882241. The same day i was given the electronic # 0219110226, i got home and heard the repair guy (Abel) was there and had "supposedly" fixed it, apparently there was an ice so hedefrost it and claims it's now working. Fridge wasn't working so called the guy back 2 days later and says he will come fix it and that was the last i heard from him. 2 days later, i called Electronics and relayed my story again to a Tasneem. She has been telling me that they are sending someone to my flat. Today i couldn't get hold of her so contacted HiFi, spoke to Clementia again and she tells me that she called Samsung and was told the job ID was closed a long time ago and will have to be reopened for today or Monday. I don't want anyone coming to fix it, come get your fridge. I have had problems with dispenser b4. I want a new fridge if not then my money back. Today is a month since reporting this. This was a 2 year contract which i paid in less than a yea
