Worst experience with an electronic product eve

My fridge was still under warranty when it started giving us problems sometime ago. We called the Cape Town service branch. From the first visit to the time the fridge got 'fixed' it was 9 months! The service was appaulling. We were always the ones calling, we never had calls returned. According to them the reason was because they could not find the problem. We asked for a new fridge then, but it didn't happen. According to them they changed every part within the fridge and the internal of the fridge was now basically brand new. That horrible fiasco was ridiculous, who takes 9 months to find a problem with a fridge and repair it? After this nightmare was over the fridge started running. It's now a year later and the fridge has packed in again. We called an independent person to have a look at the fridge who tells us that the motor has given in and it was never replaced. This motor is old and worn out. According to Samsung they replaced that motor? This samsung fridge is not old and has caused us endless problems. All our home appliances are samsung: cellphones, tvs, dvds, washing machines etc. In my life I've never encoutered such bad service and I'm sure to go back to Philips.
