After initial dealings with LG's local agents regarding repairs to my LG washing machine, I really had my concerns about the company, but when I got hold of Eddy Evans, his assistance and attitude was exceptional. Instead of just making a callout to replace a worn part he told me he could not do so with a clear conscience as it was an easy job which I could do myself in 5 minutes. After telling me what to do he even gave me his personal cellphone number so that I could call him after hours if I had a problem with the replacement. Fortunately I did not need to call him and proudly did it on my own. Most other companies would have had no problem making the callout and charging me R350 for doing so. Well done and thank you Eddy.
