Pathetic Repair Service

My Samsung Fridge stopped working after being 11 months old, i reported it to House & home on the 31st December 2012, & till today the fridge is still not repaired.
then 3 days later, someone from Samsung called & told me to Restart it & i need to call back if it doesnt work, i did that & then only a week later a technician from ORCA Electrical came out @ 5:10pm when i was expecting him at 3pm, he then checked the fridge out and told me there was a Frost Build up on a Fridge that says No FROST. Anyway was told to leave it off for the Night & then put it on in the morning & it worked but in the meantime he was going to order the part from Joburg which will take 3-4 days!!!
The fridge stopped working again and then i called them on Wed 16th Jan, was told they will log it for yesterday as the part has arrived, still no technician contacted or came out to repair it!
I think the Repair Service is Pathetic for such a big brand like SAMSUNG...!!!
Lets not speak about all the milk that had to be thrown away & the odd smells that started coming from the fridge...
I thought i bought a Quality Fridge...
