I am absolutely horrified at the service one receives from Samsung and their service company MM all electronics regarding the repairs to my side by side fridge. Firstly, the reason I called them on Monday was because the fridge and freezer were no longer cooling/freezing. I called samsung and was told to phone MM all electronics which I did. On Wednesday was the first time a technician could come and see the problem, he reported it required a new compressor. ( Bare in mind the fridge is just over 2yrs old) I did some research and discovered the compressors come with a 5 year warranty. Then Thursday when I called to find out what the next step or process was they told me that i would need to pay for a new compressor and i advised them of my findings regarding the warranty. I was told that they would then require an authorisation number from Samsung and Ishwell from MM all electronics would get back to me before the close of business... Friday at 11am I still hadn't heard from Ishwell and I called him... he once again tells me he is still waiting on stuff from samsung and only if i was paying for the new compressor would they have been able to help faster. Disgusted!
