I Purchased a Samsung fridge in July 2012, in the first week of March the Fridge stopped cooling. I then called Hi-Fi Corp in Stoneridge were i spoke to Emmanuel, he faxed the purchase papers. Then i called Samsung Head Office to follow up, they gave me a ref number (7111957894) where i spoke to Nonhlanhla, she gave me numbers for a technician to book a service. So i booked the Technician and he was going to come on the 8th of March and no one came or called to let me know that they are not coming, as i work during the day and i orginized someone to be at home to the technician in so he could fix my fridge. Today (13-03-2013) i called the head office of Hi-Fi Corp spoke to Christopher whom contacted the samsung head office and a Lady by the name of Thando called me and said they want to come today to look at the fridge and i am at work and there is no one at home to let the technician in. i advised Thando to come after 5 as then someone will be home and she told me that no one will come at that time. Christopher called me back with a different story. This has been back and Forth and now i want a NEW FRIDGE for all of this trouble.
