I bought a Samsung 298L fridge/freezer from Hirshes Meadowdale, but when I turned it on, the fridge and freezer didn't get cold. I was referred to Samsung who gave me a reference number 4135814772. They send out technicians on the 02 July, who were let in by my domestic worker. I have not heard from them since, and am not sure how to contact them (they never left a contact number). The fridge is still not working and I have no idea what is wrong and whether the technicians are doing anything about it.
