I bought a new Samsung side by side refrigerator at Game Tubatse Crossing Mall on 20/12/2013,

The refrigerator after has been plug in for over 20 hrs it was registering a temperature of 30 degrees on the fridge side and 28 degrees on the freezer side.all the food which was bought for Christmas was spoiled.
i had to hire a bakkie again to return the refrigerator to the shop.
I'm very disappointed in samsung and Game store for spoiling the Family Christmas.
It was found that it has a Factory faulty because it was not freezing and all the food I bought for Christmas was spoiled.
