My RSH1FTPE side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, bought just over 3 years ago, has broken down for the second time just after the warranty had expired. The first time it was one month out of warranty and cost me over R1000 to have repaired. Now six months later the exact same problem has occurred. I will certainly not recommend or buy any Samsung product ever again.
I've also twice completed this "speak to our CEO" form linked from this page and included a picture of the sticker with the model and serial numbers, but obviously that is just another. Good bye Samsung and good riddance.
