Refunds Request from UNISA

I requested to get a refund on my account from UNISA about a months ago. i was then asked to complete the neccesary form and send the proof of payment.

I completed and sent all documentation required. They did tell me that the process take about 21 days. Every time i contact the department the phone is never answered or it is busy. I have sent email requesting feedback and my enquiries and no one has come back to me to tell me what is happening.

I'm not sure if there is someone working on my request or not. it is just dead quite.
