I requested to get a refund on my account from UNISA about a month ago. i was then asked to complete the neccesary form.
I completed and sent all documentation required. They did tell me that the process take about 21 days. Every time i contact the department the phone is never answered or it is busy. I have sent email requesting feedback and my enquiries and no one has come back to me to tell me what is happening. Kgole, Japhtar ([email protected])
