Poor, Bad Service from UNISA

I requested my full academic report and sent through a completed DSAR08 on 31 October 31 to [email protected] as I was advised by Seipati Motlhabe, then on the 04 November I got an email from Kesholofetse Mathe requesting that I complete the DSAR08 and send it through to [email protected]., but I replied with the below and still attached the completed DSAR08:
Good Day,

I've already completed the form and sent it through to [email protected] as per the instructions on the e-mail attached from Seipati Motlhabe.
Also, when will it be faxed through? As I need it before Wednesday, 06 November 2013, your urgent assistance on this matter will be highly appreciated.

Then again on 05 November 2013 I sent through the below email to [email protected] and [email protected]
Please find the completed DSAR08 attached and assist with the request urgently. (and attached the document again)
