I sent UNISA my refund form mid Feb and didnt hear back from UNISA, I then logged a hellopeter report about this on 28th Feb. i was advised that my refund was only processed on 8th March even though UNISA has been in posession of the form long before this date. It is now over 21 working days and i AM STILL WAITING for my refund.
