Unisa has not given me a refund for the credit on my account. I have sent in a form requesting it however for some reason the only email address provided has received the email but made no action. Other students have the same problem and UNISA has made no effort to rectify the route cause of the problem. I have been waiting for a refund for a month. I phoned to query the status of it and apparently no request was logged. I was then instructed to resend the form to the same email address. I cannot understand how it will be received if it was not received the first time I sent it. There are no contact numbers for the finance department and quite frankly this is unacceptable. UNISA is quick to demand payment but wont rectify a problem process of giving students their refunds!!
