The student completed all assignments last year November. Upon requesting the issuance of the diploma he was told that 5 more assignments are outstanding. 1.) We received results for one of these "unsubmitted" assignments in October 2011 and 2.) There was no study guide issued which would contain the balance of the "unsubmitted" assignments needed. We have unsuccesfully been trying to get Damelin to mail the study guide containing these outstanding assignments.
Various feedbacks were received from Damelin since November last year regarding completion of the course and the issuance of the diploma. We were first told that there is no more exam needed to pass. Then we were told that all assignments were submitted. Then we were told that there were assignments outstanding. We then requested that study guide DI0055147 be mailed to us ASAP as the course will expire in July 2013 and that only gives the student approx two months to catch up on these outstanding assignments BUT we can't get Damelin to mail this last study guide off which narrows the students chances to complete the course on time which will result in EXTENSIONS and extra PAYMENTS and the saga continues.
