NO RESPONSE ON REFUND REQUEST

On the 28th of January i sent an email to Unisa requesting a refund for the credit balance in my account. I then had to submit a letter from my employer authorising the credit which i then emailed on the 5th of February, to date i have not even received confirmation of the requests or anything.

Please can somone advise what is happening with my refund process, I understand it takes 21 days to process, but surely you can confirm receipt of the request in the meantime!!!
