Still awaiting my refund

On 25 February 2013 I completed a registration on the web and paid R7600 to Unisa. Registration was not confirmed despite emailing and faxing requested document on the same date. I sent numerous emails to establish reasons for registration not being confirmed with no response from unisa. I also tried to call the CTA department to follow up on numerous times without success as they do not answer telephone. I then wrote an email to CTA department to request them not to process the registration since it was late to register anyway. I also emailed finance department to request them to refund the monies paid during web registration, no responses were received from both CTA department and finance department. I tried to call finance department also on many times and no answer on telephone. I then went to Bloemfontein unisa regional centre to request my refund and was made to complete refund forms and they said they emailed them to Pretoria. I have received no response from anyone. All I want is my cash. Someone please let me know what is happening with refund. When will I received it. I have proof of all the above emails.
