I requested a refund from Unisa on 26 February sent all documents requested. I was told to wait 21 days which i did and it came to pass with no money in my account. called 012 429 2441, was told the 21 days is calculated from the day the finance department receives the request, not when Unisa receives it, then a cheque will be deposited and wait another 7 days for it to be cleared. (so meaning it can be more than 30 working days for this transaction to happen) it has been more than that and on Monday the 15 I called to check the process i was given the number 0114712211 to speak to Olebogeng. I spoke to her and she said she will check and get back to me or send me an email before end of business. Tuesday came no call no email. Phoned and spoke to Paulinah who said she cant help i need to speak to Olebogeng and she is off must try on wednesday. Wednesday the phone has been busy or off the hook i dont know till today. I dont know what is happening as i am not getting any answers or any joy from this
