On Tuesday 08/01/2013, i called Wits to inquire my nephew got a bursary and they needed a quotation from Wits. i spoke to someone i did not get the name they said i need to get a form fill it in and send it to CAROL RADASi. I did not get anything, later on i decided to call again i got to speak to Carol she send me the form. I filled the form in and send it back. I called her back asking where do i get the faculty she tried putting me through i think maybe 3 times. the first person was of no help, the second one put me through to someone else and they just put the phone down. I called again and she gave me the numbers for the faculty i spoke to Lillian Maddison who was very nice. She told me to send the forms to her, she'll sign stamp and send them to Carol, who will send them back to me. I didn't get anything, my nephew decided to come to Wits yesterday from NOrth West as he was running out of time. bear in mind that i was told the quote takes 48 hrs, yesterday he was told to wait for another 48 hrs even after he told them i had send the documents last week already. he spoke to an indian guy at Carol's offices.im very dissapointed with the poor service i received.
