INCOMPETENT AND POOR SERVICE FROM MS CAROL RADASI

On the 11/12/2013 i received an email from Wits offering me a place to study at their institution in 2014. I then received communication from Nasreen on the 13/12/2013 communicating all the necessary steps to be followed in order to register. In that communication, Ms Carol Radasi was cited as the person to contact in order to obtain a fee quotation for the programme I want to study. I then called Ms. Radasi on the same day and a form was sent through to me to fill in and email to her. The form was sent on that day as well. An email acknowledging receipt of my request was sent through to me indicating that a response will be provided within 48hrs. A follow-up email was sent through to Ms Radasi on 18/12/2013 and 6 phone calls were also made on the day but were unsuccessful. Realising the lack of response from her, I then requested help from Ms. Helen Mzileni and Mr. Ngwenya on the 08 and 13 of Jan 2013 respectively who also refered me back to Ms. Radasi. On the 13/01/2014 I sent another email to Ms. Radasi and am still waiting for her response. This is really uncalled for! We cannot afford to have such incompetent and unprofessional individuals like Ms. Radasi working for Wits.
