My name is Elizabeth Modise, i am current student at unisa and i am studying criminology. last week i was trying to register for 2013 online and couldnt as the system gave me errow. I called UNISA registration department and i forgot i spoke to who and explain the everything to that lady! She send me registration form because she said sometime the system does that. I completed the registration form and send it back to unisa. never got reply. i decide to phone again yesterday where i sopke to Thuli and ask if my registration went through, she told me not yet as the system says i need to summit my ID at any unisa branch before i registrar and the first lady i spoke she never told that! ok this morning i send my certified ID copy with my father to submit at Unisa! They told him that i must bring myself as i need to fill something. what i dont understand why they didnt tell me at first. know today is the closing date of registration. bad service
