I am re-posting this complaint as i have the same problem and have gotten no response from unisa despite 2 queries to them, i brought up major problems with service delivery within unisa to students with the ombudsman last year and typical as i expected nothing actually happened im starting to think the only way forward is to bring this to the press or carte blanche

I see allot of students complaining about the same problem. I also tried to register for third year subjects and received error "major required for qualification". I was unable to correct and submitted for support which also failed with some JAVA error. Unisa no longer have Humans talking to you who can assist with such queries. Further on they close on 21st December but looks like they stopped any activity long time ago. No response from any queries logged. Just reference numbers from automated systems.
