I am a first-time post graduate student at Wits University and I really need help figuring out where I need to get my student card and parking disc and what other procedures I need to go through before lectures start. I have sent out emails that have not been responded to, and I have tried phoning people in the health sciences department for student enquiries but the phone just keeps ringing. Who is available to help first time post graduate students find their way around Wits? This is not the first time I have had poor service from Wits, I struggled a lot last year trying to apply for this degree, I would just appreciate some kind of response to my enquiries in some form.
