The balance on my account was R412 but still Eduloan pulled through an instalment of R1 148 from my bank account and they have not processed the refund back to me even today I called to complain and the promised to help after 7 days of instalment date (which was on the 24-10-2013) but even today they have not contacted me to resolve the issue.
