SONTO EMA NTHALA MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED TWICE ON 27/05/2013 R150 INSTALMENT, WHEN QUERING THE REFUND IT WAS DECLINED. ON THE 02/05/2013 MY BALANCE WAS R347.67. I QUERIED THE REFUND AS THE DEBIT WAS ONLY ALOCATED ONCE IT WAS DECLINED, YOU ONLY HAVE TWO OPTION IS TO REFUND OR MY BALANCNE SHOULD BE 47.67 AND NOT 145.88 AS CONFIRMED BY SMS 18/06/2013 BY AKHONA YENGO. WHEN PHONING THE CONTACT CENTER YOU BEING TREATED LIKE CRIMINAL TAKEN FROM PILLAR TO POST TO GET SERVICE.
