Here we go again..It seems like African Bank only assist me when i complain on HelloPeter..
The last time i complained was when i checked my account balance and it stated that my account was in arrears while i didnt miss a payment, it was a week before i got paid and was reassured that my account has been amended with the correct pay date which is the 25th of every month, which is on the payslip i gave out when i went for a loan, clearly i was to and as a consumer it doesnt sit well with me.
Oh well okay, today's complain is the same one, my account is in arrears again, days before my pay day and im sure i didnt miss March instalment..So African Bank please assist me with this as i know i had a few cents left in my account, which was chowed by your 'false' arrears amount.
I know i wil get a response since i complained on HelloPeter...
