I have settled my loan already on the 10th, i have called 2 times to find out if the settlement was recevied and was advised to phone again in 5 days last week monday to confirm that the acc was closed. How can you tell me that account woudl be closed and your agent confirmed the settlement and still take a debit order??? Please refund this amount back to my bank account today!!!
