ENGLISH STUDIES: JOYCE SESHI

I was telling one of my friends that i am struggling to contact the department and she gave me the telephone number of one of the administrator at the department called JOYCE she will help me and indeed she helped.

I spoke to the lady at the DEPARTMENT OF ENGLISH STUDIES, where you will find no administors. She helped with the module that she is not even invloved with but i explained to her that i have been calling about the module ENG1511 and sending E-mail but i don't replies.

She helped me and i gave to her contact to almost five of my friends doing different modules at ENGLISH that she is not even involved with but she helped them. They reported back that she helped them, though it was a simple query but no one seems to pick up their phones.
