Good day. My instalment is currently R1883. At the end of October I made a manual payment for required amount. However, I have noted that there was a deduction for the instalment from my banking account today. The debit order date should be end of the month. I would like to make it clear that I will be reporting this matter to the Credit Ombudsman if another instalment is deducted from my account again in December 2013.
