Incorrect Account and Unisa is not taking my calls

I have a module which was financially cancelled but i don't owe UNISA, instead they owe me. I've called the finance department and was told my module would be re-instated, i should check the next day. It has still not been reinstated. I've been calling the finance department over 50 times, sending emails, called the BTECH department still no satisfaction. I want to register my remaining modules and i can't because the one module is still outstanding. I've been trying to contact Unisa since End of October 2012.
