I was unable to write my MNG301A because UNISA is saying they did not receive my assignment whereas I did submit with the other two modules. I sent Emails upon Emails to do a follow up and I was referred to more than five people who could not even assist me.
January I went to UNISA main campus by the assignment department and I was then referred to the module's lectured who also was unable to assist referring me back to assignment department.
I just need to write my module and cannot be paying a module without writing it. I have all the communications with the University.
UNISA is the best but people working for UNISA do not even know what customer service is.
I NEED TO WRITE THE MODULE PLEASE...
