Fraudlent account practices

I have been a student of UNISA for many years and it saddens me that an Institution that was once all about its students couldn't be bothered to interact and answer its students' emails and queries.
For the past few months my emails have remained unanswered and now I'm unable to access my academic report and my results won't be released.
During the first semester I requested a cancellation of MNM3014. I had missed the deadline and couldn't cancel the module. I immediately registered for the second semester. A few weeks later UNISA cancelled the module. They however only refunded me part of the registration fee. As UNISA cancelled the module without me requesting them to do so, I shouldn't be expected to pay the outstanding R570.00. To add insult to injury - they have now passed a R40 journal entry which brings the total to R610.
It's shocking that UNISA cancelled a module in the first place but now they are trying to extort money from me.
The finance contact numbers just ring and emails are ignored. How can I get this resolved if no-one will help me?
