Hi, Unisa enrolled me for an incorrect module last semester which blocked my Unisa. I loaded a complaint about my registration and the block to my Unisa and Claudia Naude came back to me. She told me about the error on UNISA's side and that she adviced me to claim the money back from UNISA as they should never have enrolled me for the module as I have taken 1 in 1st year. Second of all, I got the credit but it is not contributing to my degree. I have now send about 10 emails to finance at UNISA for the refund with no feedback whatsoever. I have tried to phone multiple times with no luck at all!

PLEASE CAN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT REFUND MY MY MONEY ASAP!!! AND AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO PHONE ME OR REPLY BY MAIL
