No response despite several emails and sms's

I've been trying to register online on the Unisa website with no luck. Despite my fees being paid with no amount outstanding, I still have a year module that reflects 'financial cancellation' for no reason. I need to register for the 3rd year of the same module now and the system won"t allow me as the 2nd year module result is still outstanding because of the 'FC'! I've sent numerous emails and sms's and have received only automated responses acknowledging receipt of my query. Unisa's lack of a call centre really makes it difficult to solve any query and it's beyond comprehension why such an institution would choose not to have one!

I'm at my wits end now as closing date for registration is looming and I don't have the time to stand in queues to register!

Can somebody please get back to me? Next step will have to be the ombudsman!
