Dissatisfied with installation

Contractor arrived 2.5 hours late & being a Friday at 17hr30 and due to fading light and the time I was pressurised by the Contractor into accepting a "back to back" installation which was not what was was quoted for. I relied on his "professional advice", my expectation was for a cool flow of air over my bed. Instead the aircon was installed in the corner perpendicular to the long end of the bedroom. Reading the installation manual I established the importance of good ventilation for the outside unit and was dissatisfied the this was stuck high up in eaves, rather close to the wall and close to the corner, which appeared to be contrary to good engineering practice and appeared to be poor placing for optimum aircon performance. Contaced the Vendor by 08hr00 the following morning and he agreed to move the outdoor unit out of the eaves and the indoor unit centrally over the bed headboard at an additional cost the following Friday. Regrettably he cancelled the day before stating that he had an emergency Samsung Contract in Nelspruit. Despite his email commitments since then all that I have had is unfulfilled promises & commitments. Can supply email backup & photos to substantiate.
