Global Carbon markets a product with a promise of up to 45% saving on overall electricity usage. In short, I have had absolutely NO saving.
Needless to say that there is absolutely NO support or feedback from them.
Initially a "brand new" faulty unit was installed. I shall give them the credit, they have replaced it after several calls and promises. Any changes?
I would not be reporting this if there was!!! Unfortunately for them I have been on pre-paid for a long time. With accurate daily readings I have been able to determine averages prior to installation up to now. Here are the figures. Before installation 15 day avg - 41, 29kW and 9 day avg - 33, 97kW.
After installation (faulty unit) 13 day avg - 39, 00kW and 8 day avg 38, 06kW.
With unit replaced 15 day avg - 37, 41kW. Proof - NO SAVING. I have given them a deadline up to Friday 18/10 to remove the unit and refund me, and they didn't even bother to get back to me. Why did I buy their product. I obviously wanted it to work. Be warned, it does not work as you can see by the figures. One thing I also need to mention is that before installation I had 5 fridges and freezers running. I have switched off 2 of the 5. Henry
