I dealt with Wassim and Ahmed at Bassa's Hardware in 970 Inanda Road, Durban, SA. How is it that any business in the modern world belive that the customer does not matter. Mr Bassa, you are in for a big surprise!
On ordering the material, I was promised that the material will be delivered today (08 March 2013. I was instructed to deposit the funds into their banking account at FNB, which I promptly did and faxed the confirmation to fax no. 0315778400.
Both Ahmed and Wassim have limited understanding of EFT's and started delaying the process because of their lack of understanding of the details on the Bank's confirmation. The bottom line is that they could not deliver today. Ahmed promised to call me back on two occassions, but he did not.
I called Wassim who then told me that only a portion of the goods will be delivered tomorrow, which was not the original arrangement. The balance of the goods will be delivered on Monday.
A bunch of bullies who have no idea of customer service. I give Bassa's store a BIG FAT THUMBS DOWN!!! for customer service.
