My last report regarding the installation of an air conditioning unit was about the problem I experienced when the unit was first commissioned. It was unclear whether the fault was with the unit upon delivery or with the installation.
Since then, 4 ways aircon has sent out a technician to investigate the problem or the noise from the unit, and replaced a part. The technician found the quality of the work done by Absolute Comfort Systems (ACS) on the installation to be very good.
4 ways aircon has now agreed to replace the internal unit that was problematic. I am awaiting feedback from (ACS) as to when they will be able to fit the new unit. Thank you ACS, I am comfortable that the installation was done well and I thank you your professionalism and the work done well.
