I would just like to let every one know how patetic is a the mantenance on call company. We are a rental company and contacted them to do some maintance on a rental place of is in Boabab Street, Doornpoort, Pretoria in Desember 2012. 1ste of all they asked a call out fee of R250 payble immediatly before they go out to the property - this was paid to Maintance on Call, but we had to wait for them to come to the property for a day. Handre did meet my collegue Gerrit at the property and provided us with an invioce on what needed fixing and we had to pay R2000 the next day 19th Desember in order for them to start - the amount was paid but as you can geuss there was a lot of excuses for why and when Handre will start the job. Never the less they responded on the 20th that they will not be able to do the job as they are to busy after the R250 call out fee was paid and the R2000. We now have been battling to get our R2000 out of them since the 21st of Desember and up until now thay have lots of excusses as to when they will refund us or they dont pick yp the phone.
