The tenants on my property moved out after a burst geyser in July 2012. The insurance said it was still livable, but according to Mr Bond it was not. They did not move back in after it was fixed. The tenants owed over R2000 on electricity and water etc. After several request to Mr Bonb that the outstanding money must be paid from the their deposits it is still outstanding. Why do they ask for deposits? The levies that was deducted from the end Nov. rental, from the new tenants, was also not paid. Come end Dec. no rental income no nothing. I bought the property as an investment, but all that I got so far from it is a bad credit record thanks to Genesis letting.
