Third Day Property Solutions is the worst rental company ever... always late to pay... always excuses... Theo Drotskie is always out of the office spending my rental income... although my contract has not been renewed since September 2012 he has managed to place people in my property... stay away from these guys and cancel your contracts with them right now!!!
