Promised me a pool fully installed and working by the 20th december 2013 promised they would be working every day including weekends and public holiday started on friday 13/12/2013 dug 400mm hole and phoned me to please pay the deposit which was agreed between my self and Ann that id pay 3 pay ments of 10000.00 as they build the pool after i paid 10000.00 on friday the 13/12/2013 they didnt come to work saturday or sunday and gave me excuse on top of excuse that guys were drunk and that mark had problems with the labour being drunk and arrested then monday16/12/2013 Ann comes to the site and makes promises they going to bring more labour to the sight because she made the promises to have the pool ready by 20/12/2013 and that she would come and sit at the site to check the labour is working because the hole should of been finished already. but again she didnt keep her promise and now she doesnt answer sms or even a phone call to her number now im forced to deal with johan and that is another struggle ive got to beg every day for them to be on sight early and that the guys have some one watching them etc but no i get to my place and the labour is there all alone no supervision
