Bunch of liars. I am paying R450 a month extra sundry charges for using my phone. The deal was R900 including the phone. Went to the store because customer care said only they can help me. Went 11 Desember 2013. They were not open 9:30. Me and the cleaning lady were standing outside. There were no manager available they were on holiday. Went 12 Desember again same story open late again no manger, lady said manager would call me. Call 13 Desember no call shop closed 10:00 the morning. Phoned 6 January 2014 because shop open the for the 1ste time from 13 Desember. Told me only manger can help me phoned him said he is on holiday and are not going to speak to me he will be back 9 January 2014 This is b___s__t. I am the customer and they mid a fault not me and then this!!!
