Contacted Wayne Liston to complain about faulty heat pump he installed based on his recommendation. He came once to alter temperature but since then there has not been an improvement. We have contacted him via his cell phone, his office and by SMS but he will not return our calls. This has been going on for about 6 months now. His ducking and diving seems to be order of the day. Coupled to this we applied for a rebate from Eskom through him and we were told that the rebate had been transferred into the wrong account. We still haven't received any of this rebate.
