No response to Eskom rebate claim

I had a solar geyser installed by Efficient Air and Solar on 01/03/2013. The installation was very problematic. I searched the Internet for the name Gerhard Rossouw and found above company. I called the owner and discovered that he was indeed my installers father. After many promises to correct problems with my installation by my installer I discovered that the Eskom Rebate claims is done through his fathers company because he himself is not registered as an Eskom accredited installer. I then mailed his father to help me resolve the rebate claim. My mail was ignored. I then called him personally and he assured me that my claim was posted a long time ago. He also promised to look into the matter and to let me know. This has not happened to date. I found out today that the promised Eskom tracking number does not exist, they don't work that way. I received a speed services tracking number today of a parcel that was posted yesterday without proof that this parcel included my claim forms. This installation was done more than five weeks ago and the invoice states that the rebate will be paid out 6-8 weeks after installation. I would like to see them do that!
