Still waiting for rebate

I installed a solar geyser with Adhoc Plumbers. I submitted my documents for the rebate in January this year and to date still have not received my rebate or feedback. I've called several times to enquire on the status of the rebate and was told by Amanda that they are very busy and would get back to me, they never did!
