Ad-hoc plumbers installed my solar geyser, the "service" I received from them was to put it lightly BAD, Firstly they invoiced me for equipment that they never installed, then there plumber mislead me on the operating of the geyser that is in contrast with the manufacturers own documentation and would have voided my warranty. After that Amanda Viljoen from there call centre kept us in the dark for >8 weeks after witch she admitted that the rebate form was not jet submitted to Eskom... Now 17 weeks after we paid them they only submitted the rebate while there so called operational manager Martin Brits calls it "our problem" that his own staff is neglectful. Stay away from this company as they are and liars and will your money delivering a sub standard service to you.
