I bought a refurbished/rebuild computer from On Line IT Solutions (041-5811158) on 19/12/2012. They loaded a legal excel programme to be compatible with a Singer Embroidery Machine. This PC was not connected to the Internet at all. We have use it for 3 weeks. We switched off all our electrical appliances, PC's and unplugged it completely before we left for Australia for 3 months. On our return, we connected all appliances. This PC just kept on re-booting. Both Computers are connected on a Power Surge Plug at all times. Upon taking the PC back to have it checked, I was told after 3-4 days the hard drive packed up and they will not repair it. I'll have to pay the repairs or purchase another PC. The strange thing is, I took a previous PC to them for repairs and they also claimed that the hard drive packed up, therefor I purchased the refurbished PC from them. How come all my PC's I take to them for repairs have the same problem?
