Inadequate and unethical service

I have recently purchased 2 items worth $15 each. A couple of days later I was billed again for the same purchase. I looked at my bank statement and I realised that the initial payment was still pending (from the bank to steam) and 2 days later there was a successful transaction. My problem here is that instead of consulting my bank they bill me for the second time without my concent. This means they actually stored my banking details after the payment was completed. I received my money back from my bank today after reporting to then yesterday. I find this way of business very unethical and very upsetting. My second issue is that I logged a report 2 days ago to steam and have no heard anything from their side. I love the games that are on steam but I'm extremely sad to say that I will no longer use my credit card on steam to purchase anything. I no longer trust this service. Also this was the first time I actually bought a game off steam, very disappointed
