STEAM NOT READING THE TICKET

OK. here is my problem. When I try to log into steam. it ask for a email verification code. this code gets sent to an old email that I cant access anymore. when I requested them to change this for me they ask verification credit card details to proof it is my account. gave it to them. their response is please log onto steam and change the default contact mail account. again I cant log on to do that so I send it to them. few DAYS later same response. make sure you check your junkmail and log onto steam and upper left hand corner is the settings button change it there. so I explain it for a THIRD TIME. I CANNOT LOG ONTO STEAM AS I NEED THE MAIL CODE WHICH GETS SEND TO AN OLD MAIL ACCOUNT THAT IS INACTIVE> guess what. same response from them. please open your steam client and change it under setting. these people must be retarted and I bet you 100 bucs the next response will be the same. STEAM FIRE YOU SUPPORT STAFF AND HIRE RELIABLE PEOPLE THAT CAN READ. FIY I have been working on this ticket since December now. I latterly wait days to get a response from them.
